A Silicon Valley School That Doesn’t Compute

This school, Waldorf School of the Peninsula, is one of the schools in the country that refuses to use any type of technology in their schooling. All places have different opinions on the technology but these people here, do not let it happen. They have blackboards with chalk, and they learn how to knit. Other schools are finding everything possible on their phones, ipads, laptops, etc. If these kids need to find a vocabulary word they have to go to a bookshelf and find a dictionary. We go on our ipads and type in the word and its there in any way shape or form within seconds.

article showing how people use media for the wrong reasons

I found an article talking about how people feel about the social media. Alot seem like they have to be on there at all times so they dont get left behind. Others like it and it is helping them but it seems like people are getting forced. They also do it to compete with other companies or to make their business grow.

Filter bubbles

On the Internet people have websites, blogs, social networks and everything. But there could be bad things that can happen. Like the filter bubble. What if you put something up that shouldn't be up there? No matter what it will be stuck on there. People are competing with everybody and everything. Somebody might find a better website than yours just because it's right there in front of them.
